Delete your login

In the iPhone app: Settings → Account → Delete account. On the web: click your name at the bottom of the menu → Delete account. Your login, sign-in methods, devices and reminders are removed straight away.

What happens to business records

Bookkeeping records (bank transactions, receipts, mileage, invoices) belong to the business and are controlled by its accountancy practice, so deleting your login does not delete them — the law also requires them to be kept. Before deleting your login, download everything from the business's Settings → Your data.

• Business owners who want their records removed: ask your accountant, or contact us through support and we'll pass the request on.
• Practice owners: Practice settings → Your data → download everything → Schedule deletion. All clients' records are deleted permanently after 30 days (you can cancel until then). If the practice still holds clients, make a colleague the owner or schedule deletion before deleting your own login.

Can't sign in?

Send a deletion request through support from the e-mail address on the account. We confirm within 30 days.
