Terms of service
Version 1.0 · 17 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ANNMAR LIMITED (company number 16014219, 111 Bedford Way, Scunthorpe, DN15 8GF), which provides Ledgr Hub. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to them.
1. The service
Ledgr Hub lets accountancy practices collect and organise their clients' bookkeeping records — bank statements, receipts, mileage and invoices — and export them to accounting software. It also shows statutory deadlines. Ledgr Hub does not file anything with Companies House or HMRC, does not connect to bank accounts, and does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Calculations and AI-read figures must be checked by a qualified person.
2. Accounts
Practices are business customers. The practice owner is responsible for who they invite and for having a lawful basis and engagement terms with each client. Clients of a practice use Ledgr Hub free of charge. Keep your e-mail account secure — sign-in codes are sent there.
3. Plans and payment
Practices pay a monthly subscription based on the number of active clients (prices on the website, excluding VAT). One active client is free. Archived clients do not count. If a payment fails we will tell you; after 14 days the practice becomes read-only until payment is made. In read-only mode you can still view and export everything and clients can keep uploading. You may cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
4. Your data
Records belong to the business they describe and are controlled by the practice. We never delete records because of non-payment. The practice owner can download all data and schedule deletion of the practice, which takes effect after 30 days. Each business can download its own records at any time. Each party is responsible for keeping records for as long as the law requires.
5. Data processing terms
For client records we act as processor on the practice's documented instructions (these terms and use of the service). We will: keep the data confidential and secure; only use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy policy and give notice of changes; help with data subject requests and security incidents without undue delay; delete or return data at the end of the service as described above; and make available information needed to show compliance with UK GDPR Article 28.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, try to access other customers' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for money laundering or fraud.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce functionality you pay for.
8. Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, penalties or interest from late or incorrect filings.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
